Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with One-Tap Premium. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund. All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles all billing, subscription management, and refunds. Charges will appear as "Lemon Squeezy" on your bank or card statement, not "One-Tap".

2. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. You may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within this period for any reason, no explanation needed.

If you have actively used the premium dashboard features during the 14-day period, we may deduct a proportional amount for the service already provided, unless you explicitly consented to waive the withdrawal right at the time of purchase.

3. General Refund Policy

Outside the EU withdrawal period, refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Service not working: If the premium dashboard is inaccessible or non-functional for an extended period due to an issue on our end, you are entitled to a full or pro-rata refund.
  • Accidental purchase: If you purchased Premium by mistake and have not used any premium features, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund.
  • Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., double-charged), we will refund the erroneous amount immediately.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • You have actively used premium features throughout the billing period.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • The request is made more than 30 days after the charge (though Lemon Squeezy may process refunds within 60 days at their discretion to prevent chargebacks).

5. How to Request a Refund

Primary method: Use your Lemon Squeezy customer portal, linked in your subscription confirmation email. From there you can manage your subscription, request refunds, and download invoices.

Alternative: Contact us via our Discord support server with your Discord username and the date of the charge. We will respond within 7 business days and process your request through Lemon Squeezy.

If you cannot resolve a billing issue through either method, you may contact your payment provider to dispute the charge. We encourage you to reach out to us first, as chargebacks incur additional fees and delays for both parties.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once processed. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. You will continue to have premium access until the end of the current billing period.

8. Lemon Squeezy's Discretion

As the Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at their own discretion, even in cases that might otherwise be non-refundable according to this policy. This is done to prevent chargebacks and maintain good customer relations. Such refunds are processed according to Lemon Squeezy's policies and procedures.
