Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using One-Tap (the "Service"), including the Discord bot and web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

One-Tap is a Discord verification bot that helps server administrators detect alt accounts and prevent spam. The Service includes a free tier (bot functionality), a Basic tier at $1.99 USD per month, and a Premium tier at $6.99 USD per month.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) and have a valid Discord account to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account and Authentication

The Service uses Discord OAuth2 for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Discord credentials.

5. Free Tier

The free tier provides automatic verification and alt-detection for Discord servers at no cost. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free tier features at any time.

6. Premium Subscription

• Basic access costs $1.99 USD per month and Premium access costs $6.99 USD per month, providing access to the real-time dashboard, analytics, and server settings.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Charges will appear as "Lemon Squeezy" on your bank or card statement, as they are the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Circumvent or interfere with the verification or detection systems.
• Use the Service in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the dashboard.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and trademarks associated with One-Tap are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Availability and Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for actions taken by Discord or any third party that affect the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. For Premium subscribers, if we terminate your account without cause, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining subscription period.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Finland, except where EU consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

15. Dispute Resolution

EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We encourage you to contact us directly first to resolve any issues.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
